    Use when you see a life threatening H.6  


    situation or one that requires a
    response. First, write the message.
    Then, on Your Assigned Channel:____ ,
    listen for 10 seconds then say…
    "BV Comms, this is _____________ with a
    Routine (or Priority) Hazard Report."
    Wait for Comms "go ahead" then say:
    "Item 1…, Item 2…
