    This is to acknowledge that I (Mr. Kankam Joseph) have received an amount of Three Thousand
    thirty Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 3,030.00) from Mr. Oppong Simeon.

    This is part refund of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢4,800.00) Rent Advance
    he took from me for a two bed room apartment at House No. 5, 4th Close, Achimota Kingsby,
    Accra, which he purport to be the care taker.

    Mr. Oppong Simeon has under take to pay the balance of One Thousand Seven Hundred and
    seventy Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 1,770.00) in two weeks from today March 1, 2010. Failure to
    comply, Mr. Kankam Joseph can take a legal action against him.
