THE TRUSTEE OF IBIKUN ORISU AYO CHRIST MISSION CHURCH, a corporate
body incorporated under The Land (Perpetual Succession) Act Cap. 98 with registration number
1693,whose office address is at no. 7, Sawyer Crescent, Ori-okeAladura, Coroner School,
Anthony, Lagos (herein called the “ASSIGNOR”) which expression shall where the contexts
so admits include her heirs, personal representatives, executors and assigns of the ONE PART.
AND
MRS ONYIOZA FUNMIFASHE OLATUNDEof no. 5, Akinsanya Street, off Road Safety
road, behind Guarantee Trust Bank, New Layout Gwagwalada-Abuja, Federal Capital Territory
of Nigeria (herein called the “ASSIGNEE”) which expression shall where the context so
admits include his heirs, personal representatives, executors and assigns of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS:
The ASSIGNOR is the beneficial owner ofALL THAT piece or parcel of land lying, situate at
Okoito-Okehi, Kogi State (Formally Kwara State) more particularly described in the
SCHEDULE in this presents.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES AS FOLLOWS:
That in consideration of the sum of N6000, 000.00 (Six MillionNaira Only) paid by the
ASSIGNEE to the ASSIGNOR the receipt whereof the ASSIGNOR hereby acknowledge. The
ASSIGNOR as the beneficial ownerhereby sells to the ASSIGNEE all that piece or parcel of
land as described in the schedule below. TO HOLD AND TO HAVE THE SAME for all the
residue now unexpired.
THE PARTIES FURTHER AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the property, the subject matter of this agreement is free from all encumbrances and
that the ASSIGNEE will enjoy quiet possession of the property.
2. That the ASSIGNEE shall be indemnified against all losses, claims, damages, etc. by reason
of any defect in title to the property hereby sold and that the ASSIGNEE shall be entitled to
a refund of the consideration herein before stated.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece or parcel of land being, situate and lying at Isungwe Junction, Okene-Kaba
road, Isungwe, Okehi Local Government Area, Kogi State (then Kwara state as at the time of
purchase by the Assignor as shown on the land document), measuring approximately 918.0 square
meters which is more particularly described on Survey Plan dated 29th April, 1991 and covered by a
Customary Right of Occupancy No KW/OKH/CRO/343.
INWITNESS WHEREOF the parties herein have set their hands and seals the day and year
