POWER OF ATTORNEY

THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY is given on the day of ,

PLOT 8 BLOCK P KWADASO NORTH – KUMASI.

1. I am the Donor of the instant Power of Attorney donated to my son LINUS

ANTONIO OFORI AGYEKUM of H/No. PLOT 33 BLOCK L,
PROFESSOR SIR ACHEAMPONG ROAD, AHINSAN ESTATE –
KUMASI (hereinafter called “my Attorney”).

2. I hereby appoint my son LINUS ANTONIO OFORI AGYEKUM to be my

attorney and to handle matters relating to the suit I have instituted in the High
Court, Kumasi, titled “SUIT No. HRC 13/ 17 LT. COLONEL FREDERICK
OPUNI-MENSAH (RTD.) SUING IN HIS CAPACITY AS THE
PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE LATE BEDIAKO OPUNI-
MENSAH AND PER HIS LAWFUL ATTORNEY ISAAC BERKO v.
GHANA ADVENTIST HEALTH SERVICES (GAHS) NORTHERN
GHANA UNION MISSION (NGUM) OF THE SEVENTH DAY
ADVENTIST CHURCH HEADQUARTERS ABREPO TIKESE –
KUMASI”.

3. My Attorney is to generally take all actions and other legal proceedings and
demands touching and concerning SUIT No. HRC 13/ 17 LT. COLONEL
FREDERICK OPUNI-MENSAH (RTD.) SUING IN HIS CAPACITY AS
THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE LATE BEDIAKO OPUNI-
MENSAH AND PER HIS LAWFUL ATTORNEY ISAAC BERKO v.
GHANA ADVENTIST HEALTH SERVICES (GAHS) NORTHERN
GHANA UNION MISSION (NGUM) OF THE SEVENTH DAY
ADVENTIST CHURCH HEADQUARTERS ABREPO TIKESE – KUMASI
as fully as I myself would have done.

4. AND I undertake to ratify and confirm whatever my Attorney shall do or

purport to do by virtue of this deed and also indemnify my Attorney against all
costs, charges, expenses and losses which he may incur in the lawful execution
of the powers conferred upon him under the authority of this Power of
Attorney.
