SOLAR INVENT & REFRIGERATING CO.LTD of 1 Tomez Avenue, Agbo-Malu Bus

stop, Amuwo Odofin, State, Nigeria (hereinafter known as a ‘Insataller” which
expression shall include his heirs, successors-in-title and assigns) of the one part.
