DEED OF ASSIGNMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Deed of Assignment is made and executed by and between:

JUAN LUCERO DAGDAGAN, Sr., of legal age, Filipino, widower, and

resident of Brgy. Nancayasan, Urdaneta, Pangasinan, (hereinafter referred
to as “Assignor”),

-and-

ARNEL GUMAPAS SAMSON, of legal age, Filipino, married, and

resident of Brgy. Domanpot, Asingan, Pangasinan (hereinafter referred to
as “Assignee”).

The Parties shall be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”

~WITNESSETH~
WHEREAS, herein assignor is the purchaser from PREMIO CORPORATION
Urdaneta Branch of a motor vehicle more particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the motor vehicle was originally bought from PREMIO

CORPORATION by Julius L. Egar;

WHEREAS, PREMIO CORPORATION repossessed the ownership of the

aforestated motor vehicle;

WHEREAS, herein Assignor purchased on installment basis the aforestated

motor vehicle as evidenced by a Sales Certification dated 14 August 2019, issued by
PREMIO CORPORATION Urdaneta Branch;

WHEREAS, the Assignor no longer wishes to continue the said obligation and
requires additional capital for his business;

WHEREAS, the Assignee wishes to acquire the rights and ownership of the
aforestated motor vehicle; and

WHEREAS, the assignee wishes to acquire, and the assignor wishes to assign the
rights to the abovementioned motor vehicle, subject to the following terms:

 TERMS
1. Purchase Price. – The parties herein agree that the total purchase price of
the rights shall be equivalent to THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (PH₱30,000.00) to
be paid at the execution of this instrument;
2. Payment of Balance with PREMIO CORPORATION. – The parties
hereby agree that after the execution of this instrument, the Assignee shall be fully
subrogated to the obligations of the Assignor for the payment of the remaining purchase
price of the aforestated motor vehicle with PREMIO CORPORATION, and the Assignee
shall faithfully and promptly comply with the amortizations on the aforestated motor
vehicle;
3. Registration Documents. – For the purpose of renewing the annual
registration of the aforestated motor vehicle, the Assignor shall request from PREMIO
CORPORATION a proof of identification of Julius L. Egar;
4. Warranty. - The Assignor hereby warrants that said rights to the aforestated
motor vehicle is free from any liens and encumbrances, save the obligation to pay
PREMIO CORPORATION for the full purchase price of the aforestated motor vehicle,
and the Assignor will defend the title and rights of the Assignee from any claims of
whatever nature from third persons.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE hereunto affix our signatures this 18 th day of

August 2020 at the City of Urdaneta, Province of Pangasinan.
