DEMAFILES, the afore-stated Association President, with office address at Kabalaka
Office, Zone 6, Calumpang, Molo, Iloilo City, in consideration of the sum of forty nine
thousand thirty two (₱49,032), paid by CORONACION SALVADOR CERBAS, married
to FELIZARDO CERBAS, Filipino citizen and resident of Sto. Niño Norte, Arevalo, Iloilo
City do hereby sell and convey unto said CORONACION SALVADOR CERBAS, his
heirs and assigns a parcel of land with a total land area of 72 sq. m. specifically
described as Block 4, Lot 9 within the original land covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title (TCT) No. 095-2018004882 particularly described as follows:

of which the KABALAKA HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. is the registered owner in

accordance with the Land Registration Act, as amended, the title thereto was issued by
the Registrar of Deeds of Iloilo City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, for and in behalf of the KABALAKA HOMEOWNERS’

ASSOCIATION, INC., I, MARIA G. DEMAFILES, President of the said homeowners’
association, I have hereunto signed these presents at Kabalaka Office, Zone 6,
