represented by MR. SAMUEL O. EGONOR (Chairman/MD) and MRS.
DEBORAH EGUONOR (Secretary) (hereinafter referred to as the DONOR
which expression shall where the context so admits include its successors and
Assigns) of the ONE PART, DO HEREBY APPOINT
ARGENTINA ENIWOAREKE ALAGUN, ESQ. (A Legal Practitioner) of
PROFICIENT STANCE ATTORNEYS of ENGR OGHENEGUEKE CLOSE,
UGBOMRO-EFFURUN, UVWIE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ARERA,
DELTA STATE, NIGERIA (hereinafter referred to as the DONEE which
expression shall where the context so admits include his Successors and Assigns)
of the OTHER PART to be its/their LAWFUL ATTORNEY to DO AND
EXECUTE ALL ACTS AND THINGS as it totally concern the Company’s
Surveying Contract of the large expanse of land measuring approximately 215
ACRES situate at EGBORODE TOWN, OKPE LOCAL GOVERNMENT
AREA, DELTA STATE belonging to the OWHOYOVWE FAMILY of
EGBORODE TOWN, OKPE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, DELTA
STATE as the Company can do and on the Company’s behalf as follows:-
1. To represent the COMPANY in any meeting with the FAMILY and any
Other Third Party as it pertains to the aforesaid subject matter.
2. To attend all meetings as it concerns the aforesaid subject matter on behalf
of the COMPANY with the aforesaid FAMILY or any Other Third Party
both Corporate or individual.
3. To take back every issue or discussion arising from any meeting attended on
behalf of the Company with the FAMILY or any Other Third Party as it
pertains to the aforesaid subject matter back to the COMPANY for a
resolute decision of same and revert back to the FAMILY or any Other
Third Party.
4. To perform and carry into effect any agreements made by the COMPANY
with the FAMILY as it pertains to the aforesaid subject matter.
5. To receive/collect all necessary documents, letters, deeds and any other
document bearing any name on behalf of the COMPANY for execution by
the COMPANY or any document already executed that belongs to the
COMPANY.
6. To bring, defend, settle or refer to arbitration any issue in connection with or
incidental to the powers hereby granted as it pertains to the aforesaid subject
matter.
7. To perform and carry into effect any agreements made or entered by the
COMPANY in connection with the aforesaid subject matter.
 8. To complete any transaction involving the COMPANY by ensuring all
necessary documents are executed and the doing of any necessary act
incidental thereto.

DEFINITION
In this IRREVOCABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY: the following terms have
the following meanings:
1. COMPANY – refers to OVICO CORPORATE RESOURCES
LIMITED
2. FAMILY – refers to the OWHOYOVWE FAMILY of EGBORODE
TOWN, OKPE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA, DELTA STATE.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties herein set their hands and seals in the
