THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING made on the ……. Day of
August, 2022 between OMAYONNE SAMUEL ATSEPOYI of Mayfair Garden,
Awoyaya, Ibeju-Lekki Epe Expressway, Lagos State Nigeria hereinafter called
“The OWNER” (which expression shall where the context so admits shall include
his heirs, successors in title, administrators/executors and assigns) of the one part
AND COMMUITY OF WOMEN of Faduye - Arapagi community , Off Eleran-
Igbe Road, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos here in after called “The COMMUNITY
WOMEN MEMBERS” (which expression shall where the context so admits shall
include heirs, successors in title, administrators/executors and assigns) of the
other part.
WHEREAS:
1. The OWNER is the legal owner of the 7 acres of land situate at Faduye -
Arapagi Village, Off Eleran-Igbe Road, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos.
2. The owner is desirous of developing the said acres of land without
hindrance and interruption.
3. The owner is willing to pay an agreed sum to support the women living in
the said community where the land is located.

IT IS FURTHER AGREED:
1. In the event of the OWNER carrying out any developmental structures which
include fencing, sand dredging / sand piling, jetty construction, all kinds of
businesses after construction and of the entire sphere/perimeter of the land, the
OWNER must be allowed to enjoy the right and privileges that accrued to the
said land without threat or harassment.
2. The Community Women will not at any time, now or in the future interrupt
any construction and all manners of businesses activities or make any kinds of
financial request.
3.The OWNER must not be obliged to engage any member of the community in
his business as of right.
a.The said Community Women will be made to pay compensation for any loss of
damage resulting from the ill-manner of any member.
5.The Community Women shall ensure at all times that peace reign supreme in
the said land environs.
THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITNESSES AS
FOLLOWS:
1. In consideration of the sum of N50,000 (fifty Thousand Naira Only) paid
by the OWNER to the Community of Women members (receipt whereof
of the payment hereby acknowledged).
2. The said consideration is the paid to support the Community of Women
members.
3. The OWNER shall be allowed to enjoy his rights and privileges that is
accrued to the land.
4. The Community of Women members shall comply with the terms and
conditions as stated therein

AS WITNESS THE HANDS AND SEAL OF THE PARTIES THE DAY AND
YEAR FIRST ABOVE WRITTEN.
