I, ROBERT OKELLO C/O M/S Okello & Co. Advocates, P.O Box 2 , Kyamugorani, Mbarara a duly
authorised court process server solemnly affirm/swear as follows;
1. That I am a male adult Ugandan aged 24 years and of sound mind.
2. That on the 9th day of February 2024, I received two copies each, of the Notice of Motion, Affidavit in
support of the Notice of Motion, their Annexures and Summary of Evidence from Counsel Johnson
Kayongo of M/s Butesigwa & Co. Advocates, P.O Box 102 Mbarara.
3. That I proceeded to the address of the 1 st Respondent M/s KZN Co. Advocates, P.O Box 123 Kampala
, at 11:30AM in the morning.
4. That I found Counsel Komugisha Rinus at the firm offic explained the purpose for my visit, tendered
copies of the documents to her and required her signature to the documents which she appended.
5. That I the made phone call to 2 nd Respondent and was informed that he was represented by M/s E6 &
Co. Advocates.
6. That I found Counsel Komugabe Kelsey at the firm office, explained the purpose for my visit,
tendered copies of the documents to her and required her signature to the documents which she
appended.
7. That I then returned to my office premises at M/S Okello & Co. Advocates, P.O Box 2 Kampala and
prepared this affidavit to which I affirm the said service.
