CONSENT JUDGEMENT/SETTLEMENT
The parties to this suit have consented to settle the matter in the following
terms:
a) That the land in dispute forming the estate of the late Monday David should
first and foremost be measured to ascertain its actual size and thereafter
shared equally among all the beneficiaries of the late Monday David who
include;- Nabulime Oliver (widow) and the children Abigaba Nicholas,
Alinaitwe Innocent, Baguma Joseph, Asiimwe Noeline, Tumusiime Ronald
and Kahwa Scovia.
b) That the sharing of the said estate should be conducted in light of the
provisions of the succession (amendment) Act, 2022 on intestacy because
the late Monday David died without leaving a will.

c) The widow Nabulime Oliver and the customary heir Mr. Baguma Joseph
should get their shares as provided for in the Succession (amendment) Act,
2022.

d) That the legal interest in the shares of Tumusiime Ronald and Kahwaa Scovia
shall automatically Jointly pass on to Mr. Kiiza Sam who earlier on purchased
the same from them.

e) That legal interests that Mr. Kiiza Sam will have acquired from the shares of
Tumusiime Ronald and Kahwaa Scovia shall be recognized and respected
by all the beneficiaries of the late Monday David.

f) That the parties have entered this consent settlement without undue
influence or any form of coercion whatsoever

g) That each party shall bear its own costs.
