AFFIDAVIT OF SERVICE

I, BUSINGE PIUS of M/S Muliko & Co. Advocates of Luwum Street, Namaganda Plaza, 4 th
Floom, Suite No. R1 & R2, P.O. Box 105697, Kampala, do hereby make oath and STATE as
here under:-

1. That I am an adult male Ugandan of sound mind, s Process Server of the High court
of Uganda and all Courts Subordinate to, and swear this affidavit in that capacity.
2. That on the 17th day of August 2023, I received copies of the Notice of Motion in
respect of Miscellaneous Application no. 2366 of 2023 from this Honorable Court for
service upon the Respondents.

3. That on the same day, I went to the Chambers of H&G Advocates, Legal
Representatives of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Respondents. I introduced myself to the
Receptionist and explained that I was there to effect service.

4. That the Receptionist at H&G Advocates accepted service and acknowledged receipt
by stamping and signing on my Copy which I now return to Court as proof of service.
( See Annexure A )

5. That on the 18th day of August 2023, I went to the Offices of the 5 th Respondent
located at Parliament Avenue to effect service. Once there I introduced myself to the
Receptionist in the Registry and explained the purpose of my visit. She accepted
service and acknowledged receipt by stamping and signing on my Copy which I now
return to Court as proof of service. (See Annexure A )
 6. That I swear this affidavit in proof of service of the Notice of motion, Miscellaneous
Application no. 2366 of 2023 to the Respondents

7. That whatever is stated herein is true and correct to the best of my knowledge,
information and belief.
