    My lord, this is an application by notice of motion arising from civil suit no.

    768 of
    2022 from which judgment creditor obtained a warrant for attachment & sale of the
    property at Kibuga block 2 plot 769 at Rubaga, Kibuga Subcounty.
    The objectors were not parties to the main suit, however, they are the registered
    proprietors of the property attached as a result of the civil suit no. 768 of 2022.
    My lord, at the time of attachment, the property was occupied by tenants who pay
    rent to the objectors.
    My lord, the objectors are before this honorable court seeking orders that;
    1. The suit property comprised in Kibuga Block 2 Plot 769 at Rubaga be
    released from attachment.
    2. Costs of the application be provided for.
