The student is expected to choose an organization which has underwent significant changes in the
past 10 years and make detailed account of change
management plan & strategies and the OD interventions techniques that the organization adopted.
The report has to be validated by a comprehensive
interview with the HR manager/executive or the concerned authority of the organization chosen.
Besides the student is expected to identify the loopholes of
the entire process and suggest how it could have been better. Finally the students are expected to
draft an all inclusive case study of 3-4 pages on the
Change and OD process of that very organization.
The report should include the following:
1.Major changes that occurred.
2.need and forces of the same
3. relevance of the models of change
4.changes in the workforce and culture due to change process
5. role of leadership
6.barriers that occurred during this change
7. How did the organization plan for the change?
8. How were the employees kept motivated to accept the change?
9. How did the organization plan and strategize the entire change?
10.Critically evaluate this change process in that organization.
11.What OD interventions did the organization choose in the entire process and how were they
implemented?
12. Relevance of the OD interventions .
13. Detailed study of the result or after effect of the entire process.
14.Suggestions regarding the change and OD intervention used.
15.Carve out some better strategies to manage this change process.
