SWOT Analysis:

Specialists, well developed infrastructure and better hygienic conditions is the strength
of this organization which will be helpful for leading it to success.

Load shedding is to overcome by using generators and providing full-fledge facilities to

patients.

Computerized system should be adopted in this organization for record keeping and
maintaining the statements.

Competition is no matter because we are a welfare organization so the major threat is

social condition of society, because the extra demand could not be fulfilled.

PEST Analysis:

Economically there isn’t any threat to our organization, but in case of any disaster or
social threats may influence the demand and supply gap.

Socially there is a great benefit to society as our aim is to promote healthcare.

Technologically if innovations take place in our country, there would be then a need of
adoption of that. This may require a huge capital. But there would always be a need for
technical adoption.
