1 cup plain flour ¼ tsp salt
2tsp baking powder 1/3 cup milk
3 oz butter 1 egg yolk
2 oz chocolate 1/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 +1/3 cup sugar 1 ½ cups hot water
3tbsp + 1/3 cup cocoa, Whipped cream or ice cream
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Lightly oil slow cooker pot. Whisk together flour and baking powder.

Melt butter and chocolate in microwave. Whisk in 2/3 cup sugar, 3 tbsp cocoa,
vanilla extract, salt, milk and egg yolk. Add flour mixture and stir until thoroughly
mixed.

Pour into slow cooker and spread evenly. Whisk together remaining 1/3 cup sugar,
cocoa, brown sugar and hot water until sugar is dissolved. Pour over the batter in the
slow cooker.

Cover and cook on high for 1 to 2 hours. (Even when done it will be moist and
floating on a layer of molten chocolate) It¶s ready when nearly all the cake is set and
edges begin to peel away)

When cooked, turn off power; remove lid and leave to cool for 25 mins.
