of Hero Honda in the motor cycle segment has
dropped to 52.9% to 60.4% and that of Bajaj’s has
increased from 29% to 34%”.

Through this study we will be analyzing the factors


attributing to the current scenario.
Objective of The Study

 To know the perception of customers regarding the


bikes
 To determine the customers satisfaction regarding
Hero Honda & Bajaj and the products offered by
them
 To determine the factors influencing the choice of
customers regarding bikes
Hypothesis

We assume that the purchasing decision of


customers regarding bikes is affected by the
customer satisfaction and the perception.

The customer satisfaction is in turn affected by


various factors.
