 ஒரு நிமிடம் கழித்து கிழங்கை எடுத்து ஜில் தண்ணரில்
ீ போடவும்.
 பின் பிரிட்ஜில் உடனே வைக்கவும்.
 வேண்டிய போது எண்ணெயில் பொரித்து எடுக்கவும்.

 water
 oil
 salt

Cut the potatoes down to french fry size. I suggest slicing each to about a 1/2 inch wide and two to three inches long.

Fill a large bowl with water and about 2 tablespoons of salt. Place the french fries in the water and allow them to soak for at least 15 minutes.

While the fries are soaking, begin heating oil in deep fryer or large skillet. Remove french fries from water and dry with a paper towel.

Pour 1 cup of flour and 2 teaspoons of flour into a ziploc bag, then add potatoes by the handful and shake until french fries are completly covered.

Add french fries to hot oil and cook for approximately 4-6 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.

2. Slice the potatoes into long thin pieces.


3. Soak the potatoes in ice water for 30 minutes.

4. Drain the water and dry the potatoes using a paper towel.
5. Deep fry the potatoes for 10 minutes or until the color turns light brown. Do not put too many potatoes in a batch as it will take more time for it to be cooked.

6. Remove the potatoes from the deep fryer or cooking pot and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
7. Put the fried potatoes back in the fryer and fry for another 3 minutes.
8. Remove the fried potatoes and transfer to a plate with paper towels. Sprinkle some salt to taste.
9. Serve. Share and enjoy!

Let raw potatoes stand in ice cold water for at least a half-hour before frying in order to improve the crispness of French-fried potatoes. Dry potatoes thoroughly
before adding to oil. Shread the potato pieces very thin & be certain that the oil becomes very hot before adding those potato chunks.& for best results fry them
twice!! You can get the recipe from the second link mentioned.

Let them cool to room temperature on a rack between trips to the fryer
