“Then when the trumpet is blown, that day there will be no family ties

between then; they will not be able to question one another. Those whose
scales are heavy are the successful ones. Those whose scales are light are
the losers of their souls, remaining in Hell timeless forever”

- As stated by the Prophet:
“Clever is the one who prepares for life after death”

Three kinds of people


(1) One who is addicted to the world
(2) One who is repentant
(3) One who has surrendered to Allah

The “wordly” life and the life “hereafter”


- This life compared to the life here after is very small which is
forever and permanent.
- According to Quran the Current life is play and amusement
“What is the life of this world but play and amusement?”
- In the same verse the importance of the world hereafter is stated
“But best is the home in the hereafter for those who are righteous”
- Allah warns those who forget the life hereafter and focus on the
life now: “Those are they who have bought the life of this world at
the cost of the price of the hereafter. This torment shall not be
lightened nor shall they be helped”
- Thus it can be easily concluded that its life here after which holds
maximum importance

Da’awa
- By nature a person believes what he sees
- People are aware of life after death but have never seen it
themselves.
- The solution : Da’awa
- Preaching of islam
- People unaware of the rewards kept for them by Allah
- Da’awa teaches a person rewards of a Ma’ad conscious life
- Builds a strong faith
- Practised by the Prophet
- Hereafter is one of the thing people are not aware of

Better our acquaintances


- Gatherings in which religious topics are discussed are rare to find
- Discussions surrounding the deceitful lufe
- By involving ourselves with knowlegdable people we benefit
ourselves

Tasawwuf
- Purifying of soul
- Student and a mentor
- Prophet was a mentor to his companions
- Taabaeins and Taba Taabaeins

Encourage a Ma’ad Orientated Society


- People who are Ma’ad orientated should be encouraged rather than
being discouraged
- Creating opportunities for them
- Individual changes can eventually result in a change in the society
