Chocolate is a very popular dessert, especially among children, for a few reasons.

The
main one is the taste. Chocolate is very sweet and can come in a few different flavors (milk
chocolate, dark chocolate, or flavored with berries or coffee or other extracts) and often has a
creamy and desireable taste.
For most, chocolate is a fairly affordable dessert. It is also commonly found in most
every type of store (supermarket, convienence store, grocery store, candy shop,
ect.).Therefore I think that may be the factors why I like to eat chocolate. Many of my friends
and relatives like to eat chocolate especially when it,s comes with the moist taste. We can
also find chocolate candy bars, after-dinner mints, brownies, truffles, doughnuts, chocolate milk - if
it has chocolate in it, we eat it. Hot, cold, solid, liquid, over ice cream.

Many chocolates can be high in calories, sugar, and saturated fat. To maximize the
health benefits of chocolate, avoid eating processed chocolate products that have refined
sugar and milk fat.

Instead, choose the purest dark chocolate you can find – the more raw and unprocessed the
better.
