We hereby would like to inform you that the International conference on “Emerging Information &
Communication Technologies in Higher Education” will be held at the Mongolian University of
Science and Technology in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia from 8 - 10 July 2011.

We would like to cordially invite you to participate in this conference that is aimed for raising
awareness of emerging ICTs in higher education of developing countries; discuss best practices and
strengthen partnerships for establishing a strategy for quality of higher education.

Call for papers

The International conference will be organized under the main topic “Emerging Information &
Communication Technologies in Higher Education” will be carried out through the following
sections:

1. Application of the emerging ICTs in higher education

2. Open Educational Resources
3. University Management Information Center

 Prospective delegations are invited to submit the papers in English to the Organizing
Committee of EICTHE2011 at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology by
e-mail: tumur@must.edu.mn
 The papers must be in format Times New Roman 12, A4 by using Microsoft word.

Deadline for paper: June 1, 2011

Notification of Acceptance: June 1, 2011

 Registration fee is 200$. It covers cultural program, official reception, coffee-breaks, articles
publication, transport and other organization expenses. Organization fee should be paid to
a/n: 110 21 77 915, Golomt Bank, Mongolia, SWIFT: GLMTMNUB
 Foreign participants of the Conference, who need the Mongolian visa please send the copy of
passport to the Organizing Committee by e-mail: nasaa@must.edu.mn
We will send the official invitation for the visa.
 All participants, we are kindly request you to fill out the conference registration card
(here). Please send it to the Organizing Committee by e-mail nasaa@must.edu.mn

The official language of the conference is English.
