Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP)

No cost to families, in home assessment, evaluation, and ongoing services for to families for
children 0-3 who have developmental delays. Services are provided in south Phoenix and the
southwestern region of Maricopa County Collaborates with: DES, DDD, ADHS, ASDB, ADE
and AHCCCS.
