Being fit and healthy is almost everyone’s target in life.

But not everyone achieve it and for


those that do, they all share some similar habits in life. Below are the common 10 habbits.

1. Make sure the body is always hydrated enough.


Healthy people drink lot water; they have a tumbler or bottles that allow them to
drink water often. Pure water is the best drink but sometimes people get bored
and they squeeze in some lemon or lime juice in the bottle. They still get hydrated
as well.

2. Exercising consistently.
Healthy always come together with exercise. Healthy people will never see
workouts as burden but a privilege. We should be exciting about the changes that
exercise bring, start working out today.

3. Eat well.
It’s not a secret that a fit and healthy person eats well-balanced meals. They do
notice the amount of calories they take in because even excess calories are fat
free and high protein will still turn to excess weight. To stay healthy, we don’t
want to get overload in weight scales.

4. Limit caffeine intake and exposure to smoke—even second-hand smoke.


Too much intake of caffeine may cause headache, nausea even diabetics and
cardiovascular disease. I don’t have to mention, you should know smoke is
harmful to lungs.

5. Keep a log and journal of what you eat and work.


By recording every exercise that we do and every food that we take in, it’s easy
to monitor how much energy we take in and around how much energy we used.
We can always keep track on them, easy to make a change. We can process
further by planning routines ahead by then we could know where our body stand
and we can always prepare ourselves to next intensity of workouts.

6. Having enough sleep and rest.


Most of the strong people are stronger not because they worked harder but they
worked hard and they have enough rest. Over pushing may lead to stress and
stress may lead to the production of cortisol in body which cause lower
metabolism. Have 7 to 8 hours

7. Having a right mind toward life.


Fit and healthy people do have their times eating excess calorie in an occasional
or not having their workouts one day or two in a month. The most important
things are they never give up, never frustrated, never stressed and they just
continue keep track doing what they do. Everything will be fine.

8. Build a strong self-confident.


Fit and healthy people are not who they are now years ago. They may have not
been eating well, living well and exercising, but they improve day by day. Same
to you, always appreciate your effort and your work. Try to move attention away
from the weight scales, look at mirror and see yourself with those nice clothes.
You know you will just get better and better.

9. Invest and reward yourself once in a while.


There are people works out with ipod or mp3. It’s fine. As long as it keeps you
motivated and that’s good. Subscribing to fitness magazine or workout videos
may not be a bad idea too. You can also buy some fitness equipments and outfits
like shirts, shoes, dumbbells, bands and mat. They are good.

10. Inspiring others and contribute to the world.


Healthy people enjoy contributing to the health of others by having a partner or
friends to exercise with, as well as recruiting others who have the desire to feel
better and have more energy.
