Fire service rank structure

In this AO I have to examine career progress. Career progress is a type of

ranking system for example in the army you start off as a private and as
you get better at the job you get promoted or moved up the rank. The job
which I will be researching to look at their ranking system is the fire
service. In the fire service you start off as a fire-fighter and what you do as
a fire fighter is the following you go out day to day dealing with fire but
also you teach people fire safety.
As you go up the ranking system you move up to a position called leading
fire fighter or crew manager and in this position you still deal with fires and teach
people fire safety but also if you had to go out to deal with a fire and it had three
pumps involved you would be able to take control of that incident. The ranks carry on
going up till you have reached the highest point of the fire service.
The fire service rank structure is listed down below
