Acceptance of Office of the Chairman.

2. To elect a Vice-Chairman of the Parish Council and receive the Declaration of

Acceptance of Office of the Vice-Chairman.

3. To review and update the Register of Interests if applicable

4. Youth Representatives – to consider actively seeking and appointing

nonvoting youth representatives to Council

5. Standing Orders - To review and adopt Standing Orders for 2011 (attached)

6. Financial Regulations - To review and adopt Financial Regulations for

2011(attached)

7. Representatives to outside bodies
