I Susan Stewart of Dye Namic Beauty Salon 59 ¼ Constant spring Road, agreed to let
_____________________________________ Trading as _______________________________
lease a section of shop located at Barons Plaza, 59 1/a Constant Spring Road, St Andrew, to
operate a salon at a cost of $___________________per month.

I _________________________________ do agree to pay a security deposit of Eighty thousand


and first month in advance.

I also agree to pay monthly rent on or before the 1st day of each month, understanding that
penalties will be added if prayed after the 4th. To keep the premises and return it in the same
manner that I received it at the end of tenancy.

I Susan Stewart agree to return security deposit to the above stated tenant at the end of tenancy if
the premises is kept and returned in the same condition as was rented and if there is no
outstanding rent or utilities owing at such time.

Conditions:

Please note that the security deposit CANNOT be used as payment for rent.

An increase in rental is done annually by the proprietor (Mr. Barron Stephens), therefore tenants
rents will increase yearly also.

All electrical welfare is done by tenants

Any minor repairs less than $5000 JMD is also done by tenants.
