WEST LEIGH OXFORD HOUSE RULES

33. After 10:00 p.m. will be considered quiet time and a member who disturbs anyone in
the house with excessive noise after this time will be subject to minimum $10 fine
and/or contract.

34. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside this Oxford House.

35. Safe living in Oxford House is essential. Any member who compromises the safety
of the house will be fined $50. Examples of safety violations include: leaving an
outside door unlocked, losing the house keys, leaving the stove or oven unattended,
and other fire hazards.

36. West Leigh Oxford House is a member of Oxford Houses of Virginia Chapter 3 and
Oxford Houses of Virginia State Association. The house will participate in the
community of Oxford Houses as an active, dues-paying member in good standing.

37. West Leigh Oxford House understands the importance of supporting Oxford House
World Services. A $50 per month donation has been included in their monthly
operating expenses and it is strongly suggested this donation be made by the 15th of
each month.

38. The Oxford House Manual and Oxford House Chapter Manual rules and policies
apply to the house. Every member of the house will read these manuals within their
first two weeks of residency.

completely understand the expectations and guidelines placed upon me while I live in this
house. I am willing to abide by these policies and rules. I further understand that if for
any reason, by a majority house vote, the members feel I have not followed through with
these policies and rules, that I may be expelled. I understand that my move-in fee is non-
refundable.
