The patient presented with headache, dizziness, and feeling unwell. On examination, the patient showed signs of poor circulation including blurred vision, irregular blood pressure and pulse, and edema. The nurse's diagnosis was ineffective tissue perfusion related to vasoconstriction. The expected outcome after 8 hours of interventions was for the patient to demonstrate improved behaviors and lifestyle changes to enhance circulation, as evidenced by normal vital signs, absence of edema, and increased alertness.
