Nature & scope:

1. Preparation of project quality plan and takes the approval from site management, cluster quality
manager and implement at site level.
2. Identify and develop ITP, work methods and all quality records, reports/formats.
3. Identify material sources and conduct material tests ensure conformity with specifications and
standards
4. Conduct the routine tests on material as per ITP and monitor the records
5. Conduct field quality assessments, Management review meetings and internal audits.

Achievements (Quantitative and measurable):

1. Conduct Internal audits effectively to avoid the non-conformities at site.

2. Maintained the wastage percentage of bulk materials with in the ACE limits
3. Achieved 85% in product quality checks in CONQUAS (Structural assessment)
4. Maintained the records as per the Quality management systems and face LRQA audit and there
is no NCR’s.
5. Implementation of PQP in line with ISO 9001-2008 requirements
