    Certified that Sri M.V.Ramana Murthy, S/o Subrahmanyam is an employee of Panchayati


    Raj Engineering Department from 18.01.1986 and is at present holding the post of
    Deputy Executive Engineer P.R P.R.I Sub Division Tadepalligudem West Godavari
    District . Smt M.N.Jyothi ( Wife) , M.N.V.M.Sai Asish ( Son) & M.N.B.Sai Aiswarya are
    dependant family members and his identity is certified . This department has no
    Objection to his acquiring Indian Passport . The Undersigned is duly authorized to sign
    this identity certificate . I have read the provisions of section 6(2) of the pass port Act
    1967 and certify that these are not attracted in case of this applicant . I recommend issue
    of an Indian Pass port to him . It is certified that this organization is a State Government .
