    Certified that Smt. Urmila Devi Wife of Sh. Mohinder Pal Singh Malhotra is a permanent State Government employee working at Govt. Model Secondary School, Cemetery Road, Civil Lines, Ludhiana from July 1997 and is at present holding the post of Punjabi Mistress. This department has no objection to her acquiring Indian Passport. The undersigned is duly authorized to sign this identify Certificate. I have read the provision of Section 6(2) of Passport Act, 1967 and certify that these are not attracted in case of this applicant. I recommend issue of an Indian passport to her.
