    2 Write the letter for rent 1 day and review by HR
    Manager
    3 Confirm and faxed the letter .Then follow up with
    person in charge on confirmation.
    4 Work out with facility do banner, publish on notice
    board, via e-mail to inform all.
    5 Distribution form
    6 Order shuttlecock , cup and mineral water
    7 Get the shuttlecock and cup
    8 Work with Mr.Gan and facility hall on venue
    arrangement
