CREAM CORN CASSEROLE  

2 cans cream corn


1/2 can milk
2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs, beat up with fork
1/4 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. bread crumbs (flavored)
Grease casserole dish with butter. Add ingredients and mix with fork. Sprinkle top with a
few bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
Serves 10-12.

Ingredients:

 2 (16 ounce) cans cream-style corn


 4 eggs, beaten
 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
 1/4 cup butter, melted
 1 cup milk
 1/2 cup sugar
 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Total Time: 1 1/2 hrs

1. 1 Set oven to 350ºF.


2. 2 Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3. 3 Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
4. 4 Bake uncovered for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours.
