ACTIVITIES WITNESSED :
1. SWITCHYARD MAINTENANCE
 The contacts of the isolator were tightened.
 Isolator were cleaned properly.

 Sprayed Restoline solution to prevent the isolator from

corrosion.

2. BATTERY ROOM PREVENTIVE
MAINTENANCE
 The specific gravity of the electrolyte filled in
the battery was checked.
 The level of the electrolyte in the battery was
checked.
 Checked the voltage (which should be around
2V).
 Checked the internal impedance.

3. AUXILIARY COOLING WATER PUMP
MAINTENANCE

 Terminal box’s connectionss were tightened.

 The motor parts were cleaned properly.

 The insulation and winding resistance of the motor was

checked.

 Checked the grease.

MAINTENANCE
 Tightened the connections of terminal box.

 The motor parts were cleaned properly.

 The insulation and winding resistance of the motor were

checked.

 Checked the grease.
