Problem Finding:
Our sales of ready made Garments has been decreased radically. As a result our p
rofite also decreased tremendously.
Decision:
We decided to increase our sales through effective and efficient promotional act
ivity.
Justify :
Recently We have established modern equipment and mechanary so that our producti
vity has been increased. The quality of Ready made Garments is also quite good.
Our workers are also very sincere but our sells is not still increasing so that
we are concentrating on our promotional activities.
Evaluation of alternatives:
To make our decision successful we should concentrate on evaluatin of alternativ
es. The following alternatives may be evaluate:
May be people do not interested to our product because of our highly price. so w
e may try to reduce our per unit cost.
We frequently do not up to date our design where our competitors changing their
products design time to time. so new design may be innovate to attract our consu
mers.
Our competitors products are more flexible than us . which is a matter of concer
n to us so ,we may give effort to make our products more flexible and comfortabl
e to keep the competition.
Discount may be attract the people. So we may apply 10% discount on our products
.
We may also innovate free offer to keep the attention of our consumers. Which is
already done by some of our competitors.
We may change our Pakage design and may innovate attractive and package design.
In short, to find out the alternative we need to concentrate on our consumers an
d their needs and wants must be recognised.

Product Reachers: product reachers must be conduct to create new product and imp
rovement of the existing one.
Equipment and process Research: Equipment and process research must be done to d
evelop the method of manufacture , tools, and equipment as well as handling devi
ces to increase the productivity.
Design development : Market survey should be run in time to time to know the con
sumers actually needs and wants. Then newer design should be developed according
to the consumers demand.
Market Research: Market research should de conduct with a view to testing the co
nsumers acceptance of product. some steps of market research are given bellow:

# To implementaion our decision, at first we need an adequate Finance.
We decide to use the following sources
to collect our finance :
• We already collect 50% of Finance from our own source
• we are going to collect 30% of finance from Standard Chartered Bank.
• We decide to buy raw materials from our suppliers on credit to manage our cash f
low.
To implement our decision we are going to invest our finance on following secto
rs:
• we are decide to use about 60% of our finance in marketing department. Here we
invest our finance on advertising and other promotional activitis.
• We should also apply about 30% of our profit on Research and Development sector.
Here money will be used to conduct some survey and Research to know the actual
demand of the consumers.
# As our decision is to increase our promotional activities so that we should
concentrate on our marketing activities.
We already take some decisions to expand our promotional activity.
We are going to arrange Trade fair and Exhibition.
We decide to use website and some social networks as a medium of advertisement.
Duration of advertisement is insufficient. so, we have to increase the duration
of our adverisement.
Our advertisement is not so attractive compare to our competitors. So we are goi
ng to introduce some attractive advertisement.
To implement our plan personal selling can play a significant role. For this re
asons we are trying to recruit some expert and skilled agent.
It is to be noted that, to accellerate our promotional activities we should intr
oduce some other facilities. For example, Coupon, Skrech Card can be introduced
