 Preparation of detailed Business Processes Inventory describing


mapping of process flows, issues, process improvement and
Grundfos requirements.
 Customization of various sales document types: Manufacturing sales

billing document types for Depot & Field services.

Poly Hi Solidur Plastics India Ltd with multi-location manufacturing


units all over the globe is the leading processor of engineering polymer
- Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) products across
the globe and is the subsidiary of Poly Hi of USA (Menasha Corporation)
.One of their unit catering to SAARC countries is located at Hyderabad.
Their UHMWPE products are extensively used in Paper, Bottling &
Conveying, Steel, Cement, and Mining and to various other General
Engineering Industries.

Contribution:
My role in this project was to support on-going issues, analyze the
business processes in-order to offer suitable solutions to the problem

 Assisting for post implementation support and ensuring the proper


working of the SD area.
 Attending to break issues and providing solutions as per the priority
and within stipulated time frame.
 Configuration modifications as per changing requirements and
providing technical specifications to ABAP programmers for new
developments.
 Defining and assigning number ranges for Customer Master
 Resolved User issues on timely basis.
 Tested with different business scenarios & providing training to End
users in Order management team.
