I want to peruse advancement of specialization in chemical engineering
discipline. I have worked as a Management Trainee Engineer in Kansai Paint
Private Limited. While working in this capacity, I gained diversified and enriched
experience in process execution. I am a team-player with good communication
skills; and aspire to perform and deliver under demanding circumstances.

Kansai Paint is a Japanese multinational company and has grown to become
the seventh largest paint manufacturer in the World and the largest in Japan.
Kansai Paint Pvt Ltd has the first plant in Pakistan which manufactures CED
(Cathodic Electro Deposition) paint for the automotive industry and has a
leading position in this sector.

Management Trainee Engineer

• Hands on experience basics about paint technology, its chemistry,
troubleshooting and cost saving techniques..
• Training/grooming of the staff for execution of the process activities in a
safe and environmental friendly manner.
• Forestalling potential plant problems and preparing emergency plans.
• Forestalling delay/loss in the production by ensuring that SOPs are
followed.

Achievement:
• Successfully prepared SOPs for safe and optimized processing in
collaboration with team of chemists.
• In R&D, developed a range of new products in P&M and Auto Refinish
business.
