Processor Cooling Through Heat Pipes: Design & Fabrication of heat pipe assembly for cooling
FINAL YEAR desktop computer’s Processor. An evaporator mounted on the processor rejects the heat through a
PROJECT condenser mounted on top of the CPU. Refrigerant 134a is used as the working fluid. Results are
compared with the conventional forced convection heat sinks.
