Internship at Pak Elektron Limited (PEL): Observed in detail the production line of Split ACs and Copper Winding Shop and provided suggestions for automation of the processes at potential points. The internship culminated in an extensive report carrying the proposal.

Worked on projects individually and in groups ranging from two to eight students. Final Year Project: Neuro-fuzzy based adaptive control of an unmanned air vehicle. Hands on experience of working on FANUC controlled DENFORD CNC Machines. Operated an industrial standard conveyor system controlled by PLC (Allen and Bradley SLC500). Controlled the position of an encoder mounted DC motor by implementing a PID Controller. Design, fabrication and control of a peg placing robot. Tools used were Pro-E, Proteus and Keil.

Inverse kinematic solution for Rhino XR4 Robot and implementation of the solution in MATLAB. Counting the number of cars on a model road by applying Digital Image Processing in MATLAB.
