Production/Process Engineer 2020 – Date
 Operating of the plant from the Central Control Room (CCR) to ensure product
specifications and target are met.
 Ensuring smooth operations of the plant and minimizing downtime as much as possible.
 Capturing transactions through SAP by necessary parties
 Monitoring individual and line performance and took corrective action
 Ensuring production technician(s) respond promptly to troubleshoot any failure on
machine/material/equipment.
 Using Bill of Material (BOM) to control material usage and Material Safety Data Sheet
(MSDS) for safety compliance on material hazard.
 Trouble-shooting from the CCR and reporting any failure of machine/equipment to the
necessary maintenance personnel (instrumentation/mechanical/electrical/automation) after
proper diagnosis.
 Ensure proper handing over at the end of shift
 Other duties as assigned by the production manager and acting as a back -up in his absence
