Introduction
As part of basic operations, AUP trains
and educates students for better
citizens of this world and in the world
to come. AUP believes on the
harmonious development of four
aspects of human being. Physical,
Mental, Emotional & Spiritual.
AOLIS

* AUP ONLINE INFORMATION SYSTEM owned and


developed by AUP IT Department.

* AOLIS transactional database system owned


and managed by the IT Department to provide
services such as:
* Processing of transactional data,grade
information, financial information, Student’s
Directory.
Transactional Data

* Transactional data entry is accomplished either through


manual import from an outside source or
* by web forms
* user roles. Each students is given a user access to the
database for viewing proposes only
* faculty member may only be able to access the students’
grades.
* Department head is given the right to overrides
information that belongs to them
In addition to supporting the AUP
admissions process, AOLIS also provides
applications that support AUP faculty
in performing their duties.
