AAF
Asahi Art Festival (AAF), a series of art festivals held in corporation with nationwide art-related nonprofit
organizations, local citizen groups, Asahi Breweries Ltd. and others, marks its 10th anniversary this year. Under AAF,
various art projects planned and run by mainly local citizens get together and connected in order to restructure local
communities by bringing out charms of regions with vista for the future. Dont miss AAFs activities for this year!

This is the third yea of 80 years initiatives of SRAP from 2009 to 2089. The theme
for this yea is Edo. With a clue of Ota Nanpo, a multi-culturati in the Edo Era,
we translate the life of Edo people who got familiar with and played at the Sumida
River into this present age. We will thoroughly play with the Sumida River from a
viewpoint of clothing, food and housing + art.
