The job is in 4 stages; 1. Scraping of the old felt. 2. Application of Primer (which is a viscous liquid that solidifies inside the pores of the concrete). 3. Laying of Felt roles. 4. Coating of the laid felt with aluminium paint ( it helps to extend the life of the felt by reducing the wearing effects of the sun).
