Sometimes we make mistakes in the latter part of the reports; the conclusions must be clear and precise. The recommendations must be specific and synthesized.

 Careless presentation and proof-reading Too much emphasis on appearance and not enough attention to solid content. Many times the words should be less difficult when making the report. We must take into account the participation of content to make it more understandable presentation of the report writing.
