24th June 2011 Dear Sir / Madam, On Sunday 24th July 2011, the Club is hosting a dinner for the Life Members and Vice-Presidents of the Caldy Cricket Club to thank them all for their efforts and contributions over the years. This event is open to all members, partners and guests and I am writing to you to invite you to attend. The clubhouse will be open from 11.30 am where bacon butties and coffee will be served. The bar will be open from 12.00 noon. There will be an Inter-Club, Limited Overs match starting at 1.00pm and after the game has ended, a 2 course meal will be served at 5.30pm in the Pavilion. There will be a raffle and an auction, with all the money raised going towards the fund to improve the clubs netting facilities, which are overdue for repair and need updating. The cost of this event is 20 per person. As the lunch is being held in the pavilion, numbers for this event are limited and so are being sold on a first come - first served basis, so if you would like to attend, please complete and return the reply slip below with a cheque made payable to Caldy Cricket Club
