Terms & conditions: No persons under the age of 18 years will be served or permitted to consume alcohol on the premises All attendees under the age of 21 (or who look under 21) will be asked for ID on entering the building. Only those with a valid ID (driving licence or passport) will be served with alcohol. Only alcohol purchased at the bar may be consumed on the premises The event marshal shall remain at the event until it finishes and is responsible for ensuring the good behaviour of their guests, and will oversee that their guests leave the event in an orderly manner and keep noise levels to a minimum so as not to inconvenience the occupants of nearby houses. The event marshal shall normally be the person booking the event unless otherwise indicated above. Room hire is 150 inc VAT for all parties. Club members please contact Nadine for room rates. For parties involving a majority of attendees under 25 years of age we reserve the right to charge you for door supervisors, we will advise you before the event if this is required. The kitchen is available for use for a returnable deposit of 100. When using the kitchen you will be required to sign our health and safety policy and kitchen hygiene advice. Any outside caterers or entertainment must have proof of liability insurance. This includes DJs and bouncy castles. Changing rooms and showers are available at a charge of 20 per room (for sporting events contact us first). The bar is licensed until 11pm, if you require a later bar we will need to apply to the council for a late licence. This will be at an extra charge of 35 and will need at least 6 weeks notice. The clubhouse will be available from midday until 11pm Sun-Fri and from 7pm on Saturdays. Access to the clubhouse to set up for functions will depend on the date and if there is a sporting event on at the club. On Saturdays you may drop off during the day but the clubhouse will not be available until between 6 & 7pm Please keep in mind that Caldy is a sports club & during the rugby or cricket season there may be team/club members around the premises especially on a Saturday evening but they will strive not to impose upon your event We reserve the right to close the bar and clubhouse immediately if the above conditions are not met, or if our staff are threatened or abused. I have read the above notes and agree to abide by the conditions imposed. I understand that I am liable for the cost of repair or replacement of any items or property damaged or stolen during my event including damage to our neighbours property caused by any of my guests. I enclose a cheque for 100 as a returnable deposit, the balance plus any kitchen/changing room fees are to be paid 30 days prior to the event.
