Document Mails Delivery Report

Clicking this icon will allow you to directly Print a copy of the report.

Clicking this icon will allow you to export and save a copy of the report To a local drive / disk.

Report Field Legend:


1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Policy No Policy Owner Document Date Processed (Date the document was processed by H.O) Delivery Status Recipient (Recipient of the mail) RTS Reason (Reason why the mail was tagged RTS, If applicable) Date Delivered (Date the mail was delivered)

This option will allow you to choose the file type this report will be exported on. By default, The file type is .PDF.

Viewing of Premium Due and Lapsed / Overdue reports per Unit portfolio will allow Sales Managers to see all the premium dues and lapsed policies of their active FAs/FEs and those coded under Customer Care (orphan) but were solicited by their previous FAs/Fes. This feature is only applicable to Agency Managers (MAs and MMs) and BA Managers (ASMs and RSMs).
