Introduction
Detailed Data Reports provide deep insight into your programs data. The data is
available in its raw format, so you can easily find what youre looking for.

Reports
There are up to 29 Detailed Data Reports available in the platform.

Note: Some reports may not appear in your program due to its configuration and
features.

Achievements

This report lists the Achievements submitted by users.

Awards

This report lists the status of submitted award nominations and the points awarded
through the program.

Basic Member Summary

This report lists the basic details for all users (members) in the program.

Boost

This report lists the recognitions that received a Boost.

Communication Center

This report lists the email communications sent from the Communication Center.

Donations

This report lists the donations users have given using their points.

Event

This report lists the users that received points as part of special events in the program
(i.e. first recognition incentive event).

Financials

This report lists all point transactions (i.e. point deposits, point withdrawals).

Foreign Exchange

This report lists all transactions involving multiple currencies.

Global Member Taxable Benefit

This report lists the total taxable benefit (total MSRP + sales tax) for users (members)
who redeemed for rewards. It includes the following columns to support global
customers:

Home Region: the program's home (base) region

User's Region: the user's region

Home Currency: the currency of the program's home (base) region

User's Currency: the currency of the user's region

Taxable Benefit (Home Currency): the total net amount of total Sales Tax and
total MSRP in the program's home (base) currency

Taxable Benefit (User's Currency): the total net amount of total Sales Tax and
total MSRP in the user's currency

Sales Tax (Home Currency): the total net Sales Tax amount incurred for the
selected timeframe in the program's home (base) region

Sales Tax (User's Currency): the total net Sales Tax amount incurred for the
selected timeframe in the user's currency

Total MSRP (Home Currency): the total net MSRP amount incurred for the
selected timeframe in the program's home (base) currency

Total MSRP (User's Currency): the total net MSRP amount incurred for the
specified timeframe in the user's currency.

Note: The data is only available from January 1, 2017 onwards.

Note: Sales tax is only calculated for users in Canada and the United States.

Disclaimer: For your information only, we calculate sales tax based on MSRP of the
redeemed items. Depending on where your members are located, Achievers may not
have any obligation to collect or remit this sales tax to any governmental authority.
Contact your tax advisor if you have questions.

Group Budget

This report lists the group budgets in the program and to what extent they changed
within a specified date range.

Member Peer Recognition Given

This report shows the total number of unique recognitions and unique boosts that users
(members) have given to their peers during the report time frame.

Member Peer Recognition Received

This report shows the total number of recognitions and boosts that users (members)
have received from their peers during the report time frame.

Member Taxable Benefit

This report lists the taxable benefit for users (members) who redeemed for rewards.

Members

This report lists the details for all users (members) in the program.

Milestone

This report lists the milestones for a specific time period.

Newsfeed

This report lists the events and the social interactions from the newsfeed.

Peer Recognition Received

This report lists the point budgets for all users, including the total amount of points
allocated, points used and points remaining.

Peer Recognitions

This report lists the peer recognitions by users.

Points Purchase Distribution

This report lists the transactions that have occurred with any purchased points.

This report lists the point purchases and is broken down by credit or debits according to
the appropriate program accounts.

Recognition Card

This report lists the recognition cards based on their current status (activated cards,
claimed cards, unclaimed cards, unclaimed points).

Redemptions

This report lists all redemptions made by users.

Request More Budget

This report lists all requests made for additional budget.

Results Tracker

This report lists the submissions (pending, approved, denied) and points awarded for
each Results Tracker module.

Top Product Redemptions

This report lists the most common items redeemed for in the program.

Transactional Member Taxable Benefit

This report lists the reward transactions that contributed to users total taxable benefit
amount (total MSRP + sales tax). It includes the following columns to support global
customers:

Home Region: the program's home (base) region

User's Region: the user's region

Home Currency: the currency of the program's home (base) region

User's Currency: the currency of the user's region

Taxable Benefit (Home Currency): the total net amount of total Sales Tax and
total MSRP in the program's home (base) currency

Taxable Benefit (User's Currency): the total net amount of total Sales Tax and
total MSRP in the user's currency

Sales Tax (Home Currency): the total net Sales Tax amount incurred for the
selected timeframe in the program's home (base) region

Sales Tax (User's Currency): the total net Sales Tax amount incurred for the
selected timeframe in the user's currency

Total MSRP (Home Currency): the total net MSRP amount incurred for the
selected timeframe in the program's home (base) currency

Total MSRP (User's Currency): the total net MSRP amount incurred for the
specified timeframe in the user's currency.

Note: The data is only available from January 1, 2017 onwards.

Wishlists

This report lists the rewards that users are saving their points for.

Years of Service

This report lists the users that are celebrating their service anniversaries within a
specified date range.

Navigating to Detailed Data Reports


1. On the left sidebar of your program, click Reports, and then Detailed Data
Reports.

2. From the Reports or Saved Reports drop-down menus, select the report you
want to view.

3. Use the search and or filter options to customize the report to your needs.

4. Click Preview Report.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the Data Preview that displays up to 10
results.

Customizing the Columns of a Report
1. Within the Data Preview section, click Column Configuration.

2. Select the columns you want to appear. The results update dynamically as you
make changes.

If you wish to reorder the columns, drag and drop them into place.

Saving a Customized Report


1. Within the Data Preview section, click Save Report Config.

2. Enter a unique name for the report so you can easily find it in the future.

3. By default, saved reports are private to you. If you wish to make a report
available to others, deselect the Private check box.

Saved reports appear in the drop-down menu on the main page.

Downloading the Data of a Report


1. Within the Data Preview section, click Download Data.

2. Click Download for the file format you want.

The CSV file for Excel is formatted as an ANSI spreadsheet. Note: Special
characters display in their original form.

The standard CSV file is formatted as a UTF-8 spreadsheet. Note: Special


characters do not display correctly if downloaded in this format.

3. Save the report to your computer.

Deleting a Saved Report


You may need to delete saved reports you no longer need. Be sure not to delete reports
that others currently use.

To delete a saved report:

1. Click Manage.

2. Click the checkbox to select the report you want to delete.

3. Click Delete.
