Contract Agreement

Client has paid a $50 non-refundable deposit on ____/____/_____/. Client owes DJ $___________ before the start of the event. (3) Client shall provide a 10-foot by 10-foot area for set up, space for setting up speakers and lighting stands. (4) It is hereby further agreed; that the client shall be held liable for any injury or damages to the DJ, stolen property of the DJ, while on the premises of said engagement, if damage is caused by client or guest, members of his organization, engagement invitees, employees, or any other party in attendance, whether invited or not. (5) In the event of non-payment, DJ retains the right to attempt collection through the courts. Client will be held responsible for all court fees, legal fees, and collection costs incurred by Victor Herrera. By signing below, the client has read and agreed to above terms.
