By: Roberto Rockwell Approved By: Date: 02/04/2011 Date: 02/07/2011 Purpose Provide the Cleaning Web material to refill the Fuser Web CRU for the DC12. Procedure 1.0 Position the Fuser Web CRU with the Web Material up and the Drive Gear on the left. 2.0 Remove the Web Hub by removing the screw and sliding the Hub out to the right. This will free the Take-up and Supply Rolls. NOTE: Remember the orientation of the Drive Gear and O-ring Pulley. 3.0 Remove the Take-up and Supply rolls with the used Web Material.
4.0 Slide new Take-up Roll under Orange Rolls

2.0 Remove Web Hub

NOTE: Inspect the Orange Rolls for deterioration and/or excessive oil saturation. Inspect the Gears and Pulley for damage. If any of these conditions exist replace the Web CRU. 4.0 5.0 6.0 Slide the new Take-up Roll under the Orange Rolls. Place the Take-up Gear over the notches of the Take-up Roll. Place the Take-up Gear and Roll in the Web Housing.

Unwind the Supply Roll to extend the Web Material over the Orange Rolls. Place the O-ring Pulley over the notches of the Supply Roll. Place the O-ring Pulley with the Supply Roll into the Web Housing. Center the right side of both the Take-up and Supply Rolls in the Web housing and insert the Web Hub into the Web Housing. Install screw to hold Hub and Housing together. Rotate the outside drive gear counterclockwise to take up slack in the web. If after install the Web CRU the machine still displays a Replace Cleaning Web message, reset following NVMs to clear the message. 777-075 = 1994 777-077 = 0 777-078 = 0

8.0 Place O-ring Pulley on the Supply Roll

10.0 Insert Web Hub into Web Housing, Take-up Roll and Supply Roll.
